Leasing Administrative Coordinator

Our client is hiring for a Leasing Administrative Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the leasing office. Reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Leasing & Marketing, this role is the front line of the leasing process — handling prospective and current residents, managing documentation, and keeping the office running smoothly.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssist with the leasing of the property under the direction of the Assistant Director of Leasing & Marketing.Manage heavy filing and maintain organized leasing records and documentation systems.Collect, review, and organize required leasing documents from applicants and residents.Handle customer interactions professionally, both by phone and in person.Schedule and coordinate leasing appointments and tours.Prepare reports and general correspondence as directed.Support the leasing team with administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.QUALIFICATIONSPrior experience in leasing, property management, or real estate administration preferred.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Professional and customer-focused demeanor for in-person and phone interactions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
