Administrative/Executive Assistant

Bezalel Rehabilitation and Nursing Center - A respected healthcare facility is seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant / HR Coordinator to support daily operations and work directly with the Facility Administrator. This position is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys a dynamic role combining administrative coordination, human resources support, and concierge-level service within a professional healthcare environment.This role requires a polished communicator, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, while maintaining professionalism.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct administrative support to the Administrator and leadership teamAssist with Human Resources functions including onboarding, personnel documentation, and employee records managementServe as a professional first point of contact for staff, residents and visitors,Provide concierge-style assistance to residents, families, and staff as neededCoordinate schedules, maintain reports, and assist with internal communicationsMaintain organized and accurate administrative and HR documentationSupport operational projects and initiatives directed by facility leadershipUphold professionalism and confidentiality in all administrative and HR mattersQualificationsPrior experience in administrative support, office management, or HR coordinationExperience in healthcare, long-term care, or professional office environments preferredExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProfessional demeanor with strong customer service orientationProficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office systemsWhat We OfferStable Monday–Friday daytime schedule (9–5)Opportunity to work closely with senior leadershipProfessional and supportive workplace environmentCompetitive salary and benefitsThis is an excellent opportunity for a career-oriented professional who takes pride in organization, professionalism, and supporting a mission-driven healthcare team.
