Payroll Administrator
Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $70,000 to $80,000 per year. Job Responsibilities:Manage end to end payroll activities by preparing distributing reconciling and auditing domestic and international payrolls.Review timesheets expense reimbursements deductions and taxable benefits to ensure accuracy and completeness.Conduct payroll audits and monitor regulatory requirements to maintain compliance with applicable laws and company policies.Prepare payroll reports employment verifications surveys and reconciliations in partnership with finance and human resources teams.Document payroll procedures identify efficiency improvements and support system related projects and special initiatives. Requirements:Hold an associate or bachelor degree in accounting finance business administration human resources or a related field.2+ years of professional experience in payroll accounting or a related function.Demonstrate working knowledge of payroll legislation labor regulations and compliance standards.Use Microsoft Office confidently with strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis.Communicate clearly manage multiple priorities and adapt effectively in a fast paced environment. Qualifications:Serve as the primary contact for payroll inquiries while educating employees on policies and self service tools.Handle confidential information with professionalism discretion and strong interpersonal skills.Collaborate effectively with human resources information technology and finance teams on payroll matters.Support international payroll processes with familiarity in global payroll systems considered beneficial.Bring professional certification payroll platform experience or advanced reporting skills considered a plus.REF#52221
