You will be paid $21.00/hour. After a 3-month training period, you will have access to monthly bonuses, free music lessons, insurance, paid sick days, and a 401(k)! Room for advancement. We are looking for Front Desk staff but there may be options to move into management and director positions with future growth. We offer 100% company-paid life insurance and health benefits. Must have reliable transportation to travel between our San Marcos and Encinitas offices as needed. No music or music education experience is required. Schedule Day Shift (Required) 9:00AM - 5:30PM Night Shift (Required) 1:00PM - 8:30PM Saturday AM Shift (Required) 8:30AM - 4:00PM Sunday is closed, but for special events Job Duties Answering phones Great memory with the ability to remember lots of details Ability to sell themselves and our services Registering clients Processing paperwork Cleaning Communicating with teachers, staff, and clients Selling minimal retail/supplies at the desk Interacting with customers Managing a fast‑paced environment Ideal Qualifications and Experience Restaurant, Hospitality Phone customer support Bank teller Retail Shipping center Medical office Salon Any fast‑paced position with a lot of interaction with the public Ideal Traits People person – love children!
