This role functions as a critical partner to executive leadership, driving key business initiatives, enhancing operational effectiveness, and ensuring seamless execution of the President's priorities.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment and demonstrates exceptional judgment, business acumen, and the ability to operate with discretion and influence across all levels of the organization.Success ProfileOperates with executive presence and sound judgmentAnticipates needs and proactively solves complex business challengesDemonstrates strong business and financial acumenExcels at managing multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneouslyBuilds credibility and strong relationships with senior leaders and external partnersKey ResponsibilitiesExecutive Partnership & Strategic SupportServe as a trusted advisor and right hand to the President, helping prioritize, plan, and execute key business initiativesManage and optimize the President's calendar to align with strategic priorities and maximize effectivenessAct as a gatekeeper and liaison across internal leadership, board members, and external stakeholdersBusiness Operations & Project LeadershipLead and manage cross-functional projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with company objectivesDevelop project plans, timelines, and KPIs; track progress and drive accountability across stakeholdersSupport execution of strategic initiatives, including growth, operational improvements, and organizational prioritiesExecutive Communications & ReportingPrepare high-impact presentations, reports, and briefing materials for executive and board-level meetingsSynthesize complex business data into clear, actionable insights for decision-makingDraft and manage internal and external communications on behalf of the PresidentMeeting Leadership & GovernanceOversee planning and execution of leadership meetings, including agenda setting, materials preparation, and follow-upsCapture key decisions and action items, ensuring timely execution and accountabilitySupport board-related materials and executive-level reporting as neededOperational Excellence & Process OptimizationIdentify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency and effectivenessDrive process improvements across functions to support scalability and performanceAssist in implementing change management initiatives across the businessStakeholder & Relationship ManagementPartner with senior leaders across departments to advance key initiativesManage relationships with external partners, advisors, and vendorsRepresent the President in meetings and interactions when appropriateConfidentiality & DiscretionHandle highly sensitive business and personnel matters with the utmost confidentiality and professionalismEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus5–10+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executivesProven experience in project management, business operations, or a Chief of Staff-type roleExperience in a fast-paced, multi-brand or global organization preferredSkills & CompetenciesExceptional organizational and project management skillsStrong executive presence and communication abilitiesAbility to leverage AI Tools for efficiencyAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) & CanvaStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to operate independently and make sound decisionsHigh level of discretion, integrity, and professionalismPreferred QualificationsExperience in a Chief of Staff or strategy/operations roleBackground in consulting, finance, or corporate strategy is a plusLove of Sports & Fashion industries a plusExperience working closely with executive leadership in a high-growth environmentWork EnvironmentThis position is on-site 5 days per week in our New York City headquarters.CompensationThe pay range for this position is: $100K – 120KPlease note that the foregoing compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Salary Transparency Law.
