This is a great opportunity to develop your career within a Global TIC business.Salary: $25- $30/hr DOEResponsibilitiesInterpretation of internal and client requirementsSupervising allocated staff and being responsible for the day to day management of the relevant discipline
Operating complex mechanical testing equipment
Maintaining accurate and systematic records
Performing other duties to fulfil the demands of the laboratory
Performing general duties in accordance with Element's internal procedures, quality as well as Health and Safety system
Application of instrumentation and the setting up of complex data capture equipment
Report writing, data interpretation and analysisSkills / QualificationsWorking knowledge of laboratory safety
Performs duties comparable to that of a Senior Technician, utilizing the added skills and knowledge that comes with earning an
Associate's or bachelor's degree in a testing-related field
Designs, sets-up and performs a variety of test according to customer specifications and requirements
Requires minimal supervision and technical input of a Principal Technician, Project Coordinator or Test Engineer
Possess the ability to mentor and train technicians who have less experience through effective communication of technical data
Ability to transfer technical knowledge/requirements and successfully satisfy and meet customer specificationsPhysical Demands:
Ability to work overtime and weekends on occasion
Frequency of required physical force: Minimum (moderate)
Lifting requirements: lifting50 lbs. on occasion
