Competitive Base Salary and Great BenefitsSignificant Growth PotentialAbout Our ClientMy client provides construction management, general contracting, and design-build services throughout the U.S. Their portfolio consists of projects valued up to $200 million each including work in healthcare, education, industrial/warehouse, governmental, commercial, multifamily residential, retail, financial, self-storage, hospitality/entertainment, and LEED facilities.Job DescriptionProvide comprehensive on-site leadership for field operations, subcontractor teams, and construction personnel.Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of work to ensure schedule adherence and budget compliance.Lead the establishment of project parameters and maintain alignment with client expectations and company standards.Enforce the company's Safety Program in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.Conduct and maintain site-specific safety orientations for all subcontractors and employees.Maintain current First Aid, CPR, and OSHA certifications; ensure prompt resolution of all safety concerns.Partner with the Project Manager to develop and maintain the project's critical path schedule (CPM).Coordinate daily construction activities, including sequencing, site logistics, field engineering requirements, and operations within active/occupied facilities.Review project budget details and provide input on buy-out, risk analysis, and forecasting.Participate in monthly Project Status Report (PSR) preparation and relevant client or internal meetings.Ensure all work complies with project requirements, construction documents, and quality standards.Review subcontractor work tickets and purchase orders for completeness and accuracy.Oversee submittal distribution, review documentation, and ensure proper records are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.Act as an on-site representative of the company, supporting and enhancing relationships with clients, design teams, consultants, and trade partners.Participate in proposal preparation, project logistics planning, and presentations during project pursuits.Coordinate with field engineering teams for layout requirements and perform basic layout/engineering tasks as neededMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
