This role is ideal for someone ready to step into leadership or grow their career in logistics. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, training new staff, and keeping performance on track.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a small team of associates in one or more warehouse functions (receiving, picking, packing, etc.)Assist with labor planning and workflow coordinationTrain new team members on SOPs, safety, and process efficiencyMonitor order accuracy, report issues, and escalate when neededEnsure a clean and safe working environmentQualifications1–2 years of warehouse experience; prior team lead or unofficial leadership experience preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsWillingness to work overtime and support flexible schedulingFamiliarity with scanners or WMS systems is a plusMandarin skills requiredPreferred TraitsEager to learn and grow into a supervisor roleDependable, positive, and team-orientedComfortable working in a fast-paced environment
