This is an opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role within a growing organization supporting critical infrastructure industries.SummaryThe Quality Supervisor will oversee daily quality inspection operations across incoming, in-process, and final inspections within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role leads a team of Quality Inspectors while serving as the technical escalation point for electrical and mechanical quality issues.ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate daily activities of the Quality Inspection teamOversee incoming (IQC), in-process (PQC), and final (FQC) inspection processesTroubleshoot electrical wiring, cable, and assembly issuesRead and interpret schematics, one-line diagrams, and electrical documentationEnsure compliance with internal quality standards and applicable electrical codesAnalyze defect trends and partner with Production on root cause and corrective actionsTrain and onboard inspectors on quality procedures and safety standardsTrack and report quality metrics, defect rates, and inspection data using ERP systems and ExcelRequirements3–5 years of Quality Control experience in a manufacturing environment1–2+ years of leadership or supervisory experienceStrong industrial electrical knowledgeAbility to read and interpret schematics and one-line diagramsExperience with torque specifications, fasteners, and precision measurement toolsComfortable working in a fast-paced production environmentERP system and Microsoft Excel experience preferredWhy This RoleHigh-visibility leadership position with direct impact on production qualityHands-on technical environment with real-time problem solvingOpportunity to drive continuous improvement and quality initiativesGrowing global company with long-term stabilityTRC Talent Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
