You will be out in the community daily, meeting business owners and decision-makers, learning how they operate, and positioning our company as the trusted resource when their customers need help with water, fire, or mold issues.If you prefer being out in the field, meeting people, and building real relationships over time, this role is designed for you.Compensation & Tools Base salary approximately $45,000  Uncapped performance incentives  Expected total compensation: $65,000–$100,000+ for consistent performers  $20,000+ annual bonus is the performance standard  Company vehicle provided  Company phone and laptop provided  PTO, paid holidays, insurance options, and 401(k) This is a performance-driven role with clear expectations and strong earning potential tied to results.What You'll Do Complete 18–20 in-person visits per day with local businesses  Build and maintain referral relationships with plumbers, property managers, insurance agents, and other trade partners  Ask strong, thoughtful questions to understand each partner's business and identify how we can support them  Stay consistently visible and top-of-mind to generate ongoing referrals  Participate in local networking groups and community events (BNI, chambers, and other business groups)  Represent the company professionally in the marketplace  Track all activity, contacts, and follow-ups in the CRM daily Growth Opportunity (Based on Experience) Opportunity to meet with homeowners on active losses  Assist in securing jobs and building customer confidence  Increased responsibility and earning potential for those who perform at a high level What This Role Is NOT Not a desk job  Not phone-based sales  Not high-pressure, one-call closing  Not selling products or contracts This is about building trust so partners choose to refer you.What Success Looks Like Consistent daily field activity  Strong relationships that turn into repeat referrals  Active presence in the local business community  Reliable follow-up and CRM usage Who This Role Is For Someone who genuinely enjoys meeting and talking to new people every day  High energy, self-motivated, and consistent  Comfortable walking into businesses and starting conversations  Skilled at asking questions, listening, and building rapport  Organized with strong follow-through  Able to handle rejection and remain persistent Preferred (Not Required) Business development or relationship-based experience  Experience in restoration  Familiarity with insurance-related work  IICRC certification is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate This role is ideal for someone who wants to be in the field, build meaningful business relationships, and create long-term opportunities—not chase quick sales.
