(AVID, Early College, Middle College, IB, MYP, 3DE programs)Helps support the coordination and implementation of SAT/ACT programs, IB & MYP programs, 3DE Programs, Middle College and AP coursesHelps coordinate PowerSchool coding for new courses connected to academic programs.Serves at the liaison and coordinates Summer Scholars programHelps support Gifted and Talented K-12.Analyze student achievement data to evaluate program effectiveness.Recommend adjustments to programs based on data insights and district needs.Monitor progress toward academic goals and prepare reports for leadership.Helps support the HCS Virtual and Flex programs through the development of online curriculum and implementation.Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, lectures, and institutes to enhance job performanceOther DutiesPerform other tasks and assume other responsibilities as designated by the Director of Instructional and Academic Programs.Job SpecificationsPerformance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Support Personnel.Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required)Master's degree in education or administration/supervision from an accredited college/universityValid South Carolina teacher and administration/supervision certificationAt least five years of successful teaching and leadership experienceLeadership experience working with teachers and administratorsDemonstrated proficiency in written and spoken interpersonal communication skillsSuch alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptablePhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
