In this role, you will work within a highly collaborative environment on a wide range of large, impactful urban projects, serving as a mentor and technical guide to project teams. We are seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator who is committed to advancing the role of technology in our industry, driving innovation in digital workflows, and leading teams to deliver high-quality, coordinated project outcomes. You will collaborate with Design Technology leadership to implement firmwide standards at the project level, guiding modeling and documentation workflows, and ensuring effective coordination with consultants and extended project stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesLead project model setup, organization, and work sharing strategyMonitor model health, performance, and standards complianceDevelop and maintain project-specific parametric content where requiredContribute to the development and maintenance of shared parametric content and BIM resourcesAssist project teams with complex modeling tasks and technical problem-solving to support design and documentation needsSupport drawing production through view, sheet, and data managementCoach and support project teams in adopting firm BIM standards and workflowsContribute feedback from project teams to improve firmwide BIM practicesSupport onboarding new hires and upskilling existing employees through 1:1 Revit training and coachingDocument and communicate project-level workflow improvements to support evolving BIM standardsAssist in onboarding new projects and establishing BIM coordination protocolsImplement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) in collaboration with project leadershipManage consultant model integration and maintain coordination workflowsRun and interpret clash detection and model auditsFacilitate interoperability between Autodesk Revit and consultant platformsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline4 - 8 years of professional experience using Autodesk Revit in a project delivery environmentDemonstrated experience working on large-scale or technically complex projectsExperience supporting projects through multiple phases, including Construction DocumentsProficiency in model coordination, work sharing, and drawing production workflowsFamiliarity with clash detection tools and interdisciplinary coordination processesWorking knowledge of computational design tools such as Dynamo or GrasshopperUnderstanding of BIM Execution Planning and consultant coordination protocolsAbility to manage multiple priorities across concurrent project teamsStrong communication skills and the ability to guide technical workflows within collaborative environmentsComfortable building relationships, communicating directly with senior leadership and junior employees, and presenting to groupsFlexible and able to adapt to individual learning styles and pace of learningDemonstrated ability to work independently within project teamsCompensation & Benefits Salary Range: $75,000- $90,000 commensurate with experienceHealth Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) Competitive PTO 401(k) with Employer Contribution Professional Development To apply, please create an account and submit your resume and portfolio.
