Senior Project Designer

A company is looking for a Sr. Project Designer to develop documents, drawings, and diagrams to meet client requirements and goals. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the interior design effort of complex projects and support quality reviews of design deliverables Execute the full design process from initial sketches to construction, including space planning and documentation Produce design presentations and participate in internal and consultant meetingsRequired QualificationsAt least four years of design experience within the commercial real estate market Preferred Bachelor's degree from a CIDA accredited institution in a related field or equivalent certification Experience in space planning using Revit Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently Skills in coordinating Audio Visual and other specialty consultants
