Evolution Sports Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Recruiter to join our team. As a full-time, remote position, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while still making a significant impact on our company's growth and success.
As a Remote Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to source, attract, and recruit top talent for our company. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates.
Key Responsibilities Source and attract top talent through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Utilize various recruitment tools and techniques to ensure a diverse and inclusive candidate pool
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams
Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to offer stage
Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes
Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires as needed
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a remote or virtual setting
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking events
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with HR laws and regulations
High level of professionalism and discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
