Technical Support Specialist

Saddle River Day School is seeking a full-time Tier 1 or 2 Technical Support Specialist to join our Technology Department for the 2024-2025 school year. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, excellent patience, and strong follow-through.   Key Responsibilities for This Position Include:- Staffing the helpdesk and providing top-notch customer service to staff and students- Maintaining and troubleshooting classroom A/V equipment- Monitor Rebel Vision studio - video equipment, assist in videography classes- Handling inventory for the Technology Department- Repairing our fleet of printers and copiers- Troubleshoot, repair, and image school-owned devices, including Mac, Windows, and iOS platforms- Managing and ensuring the readiness of the school’s loaner device poolDesired Skills:- Comfortable working in a PreK3-12 environment- Familiar with A/V setup and maintenance- Help desk ticket management and troubleshooting experience- Strong knowledge of G-Suite tools - Comfortable with smartboard maintenance- Proficiency with MacOS, iOS and Windows computers.- Basic network administration and troubleshooting skills- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM)- Basic knowledge of printer and copier supportAbout Saddle River Day School:  Saddle River Day School, founded in 1957, is an independent, college-preparatory day school for students from PreK3 through Grade 12.
