Use your expertise to design & optimize processes, drive quality, and support groundbreaking aerospace solutions for the ICBM (Intercontinental Ballistic Missile) program in a dynamic, collaborative environment.Movement through industrial or manufacturing areas is always required along with the use of appropriate personal protective wear and consistent observance of established safety policies.Main ResponsibilitiesAnalyze product specifications and translate into manufacturing and quality objectivesDesign, develop, and refine manufacturing methods to ensure optimal resource utilization, quality, and efficiencyGenerate drawings & releasesRecommend enhancements to processes, resource allocation, and workflows to maximize production outputInitiate and manage engineering changes; ensure accurate and current documentationCollaborate daily with internal teams to address production and repair activitiesResolving production issues by working with cross-functional engineering teams, focusing on reliability and cost efficiencyInterface with vendors, management, and customers regarding specifications, technical issues, and project statusDesign and improve factory layouts using CAD and simulation tools to streamline operationsReview production schedules and engineering data to align processes with organizational targetsEstimate costs and evaluate design change impacts, supporting strategic management initiativesImplement procedures for handling non-conforming or defective materials; manage associated cost accountabilityCommunicate directly with customers on technical concerns and recommend solutionsCreate Visual Work Instruction (VWI) using latest technologiesOur Ideal CandidateEssential Knowledge & SkillsDeep understanding of manufacturing engineering principles, process optimization, and quality systemsProficiency in data analysis, cost estimation, and resource planningExpertise with MS Office, and AutoCAD or similar CAD softwareExperience with change management, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiativesStrong communication skills for interfacing with vendors, customers, and internal teamsCore AbilitiesAnalytical and critical thinking for process evaluation and improvement.Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritiesAbility to interpret and apply technical documentation and engineering data.Collaboration skills across functional and hierarchical levelsMinimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (or related field)Five years’ experience in industrial or manufacturing engineeringProficient in computer-based systems: MS Office, SolidWorks, AutoCADPreferred QualificationsAerospace industry experienceWork Culture And EnvironmentAre you known as an innovation driver?
