Job SummaryWe are seeking an Attorney to join our law firm. In this role, you will provide legal counsel, perform legal research, draft documents, and update and maintain files. You will work closely with administrative staff, other colleagues, and senior partners to provide excellent legal services to our clients. If you are a self-starter with a passion for law, we want to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesPrepare, motions, pleadings and other legal documentsConduct legal researchPrepare for and attend legal proceedingsNegotiate on behalf of clientsManage a litigation case load of up to 40-50 cases. Supervise paralegals and administrative assistantsQualificationsFive years experience as a Personal Injury plaintiff attorneyTrial experienceStrong verbal and written communication skills Strong negotiation and problem-solving skillsAbility to collaborate with colleagues to best serve clients
