You’ll serve as a key point of coordination across internal teams and external agencies.What You'll DoAgency Set‑Up & CredentialingAdminister agency set‑up, credentialing, appointments, and complianceProcess appointment applications, licensing documents, contracts, and required formsReview submissions for accuracy and proactively request missing informationCoordination & SupportAssist agents with questions related to licensing and appointment statusCommunicate with agencies and partners to verify contact information, contracts, and websitesProcess agency updates, agent of record changes, and book transfer requestsDocumentation & ComplianceOrganize and maintain agency files in accordance with regulatory, industry, and company requirementsHandle confidential information with professionalism and discretionRespond to phone, electronic, and written inquiries in a timely mannerSupport department projects and additional tasks as neededWhat You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in customer service or office administrationExperience supporting insurance processing preferredActive State Personal Lines P&C license preferred (not required)Strong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with strong time‑management and prioritization abilitiesComfortable working independently while collaborating across teamsAdaptable, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn new systemsProficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Commitment to living Slide’s Core Values
