HVAC Duct Cleaner

Job Title: Duct CleanerPosition SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Duct Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining residential and/or commercial HVAC duct systems. This role requires physical stamina, professionalism, and a strong commitment to customer service.Key Responsibilities Clean HVAC duct systems, vents, registers, dryer vents, and related equipment using specialized tools.Inspect ductwork for dust, debris, mold, and other contaminants.Safely operate vacuums, brushes, blowers, and other duct-cleaning equipment.Set up and break down equipment at job sites.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about services performed.Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.Document work performed, including before/after photos.Assist with minor HVAC-related tasks as needed (based on company policy and training).Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).Prior experience in duct cleaning, HVAC, or related trades is a plus but not required; training available.Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight or confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces, etc.).Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.Good communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Work Environment Indoor and outdoor environments.Exposure to dust, debris, and varying temperatures.Use of PPE required (gloves, respirator, goggles).Schedule & Compensation Full-time - typical hours Monday–Friday with occasional weekends as needed.Pay: [$16-$20] Based on the experienceBenefits include: [Health insurance, PTO, training, company vehicle, etc.]Powered by JazzHR
