We place a strong emphasis on wellness, preventive care, and helping women navigate important life transitions including perimenopause and menopause with confidence and support.We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner who shares our commitment to excellence, empathy, and patient-centered care.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Nurse Practitioner position located in Houston. The Nurse Practitioner will work closely with our physician and clinical team to provide comprehensive gynecologic and wellness care in a high-touch outpatient setting. We are looking for a candidate who is experienced in women’s health with warm bedside manners, strong clinical judgment, and a passion for caring for women.Responsibilities Include:Conducting comprehensive gynecologic evaluations, wellness visits, and routine checkupsPerforming comprehensive physical exams, diagnosing conditions, and developing individualized treatment plansManaging patients experiencing perimenopause and menopause symptomsDeveloping individualized hormone replacement therapy (HRT) recommendations and treatment plansPrescribing medications and managing ongoing patient carePerforming and interpreting ultrasoundsProviding weight loss consultations and wellness counselingEducating patients on preventive health, lifestyle modifications, and long-term wellness strategiesMaintaining detailed and accurate documentation using eClinicalWorks EMRCollaborating closely with physicians and healthcare team members to deliver exceptional patient-centered careBuilding long-term, trusted relationships with patients through attentive and compassionate careQualificationsStrong patient care skills, including conducting comprehensive physical exams, diagnosing conditions, and creating treatment plansExperience in women’s health, including gynecologic care and women’s wellness managementExperience caring for patients in perimenopause and menopause strongly preferredExperience with hormone replacement therapy and ultrasound interpretation preferredProficiency in patient education, health promotion, and lifestyle counselingStrong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare teamsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting with strong attention to detail and patient needsActive Nurse Practitioner license in the state of TexasMaster’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner programPrevious experience in obstetrics and gynecology or a related women’s health specialty preferredExperience with eClinicalWorks preferred; training availableCurrent certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are a plusWhat We OfferSupportive physician mentorship and collaborative clinical environmentLeadership and growth opportunities within the practiceFull-time schedule with no weekendsHealth insurance benefitsPaid time off (PTO)
