As a Machine Operator, you'll run the gear, keep the line alive, and take home steady pay with solid benefits. What Makes You a Fit High school diploma or equivalent Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Basic manufacturing or production experience preferred Preferred Skills Experience with compounders or injection molding equipment Forklift certification (or ability to obtain) Key Responsibilities Prepare and produce resin batches using formulations and mix sheets Load and operate ribbon blenders, drum tumblers, and compounder lines (40mm/60mm) Perform equipment start-up, shutdown, and routine maintenance Weigh, package, and label finished products per specifications Troubleshoot production and equipment issues Conduct quality inspections and initiate corrective actions Disassemble equipment for cleaning and screen changes Enter production and quality data into CMPC systems Maintain accurate work orders, inventory, and documentation Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Support training and communicate shift updates What's In It for You Boost Your Wallet: Competitive pay with weekly direct deposits.
