Licensed Practical Nurse - Home Health

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality in-home care to patients in Cobb County. This role focuses on delivering skilled nursing services, including wound care, disease management, and patient assessments under the direction of a Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate has strong home health experience, is proficient in HomeCare HomeBase, and works well independently in a field-based setting.
