Punch Technician

Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesBased in the and surrounding areas - The Construction Technician is responsible for making final construction grade install or repairs of roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, columns, fascia, and/or soffits that meet quality standards. The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Drive or travel to and from job sites.Install or repair roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, columns, fascia, and/or soffits as directed by management; ensure reasonable pace is maintained so jobs are completed in a timely manner.Install or repair each job using company-approved and quality-driven methods.Follow all applicable safety rules and guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.Communicate with customers with clarity and professionalism as needed.Work daily overtime as needed.Ensure all equipment and tools are in good working order. Report any damaged, broken, or faulty equipment or tools to management.
