DataStaff, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Platform Developer for a contract-to-hire opportunity with one of our direct clients located in Michigan.* This position is remoteResponsibilities: Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex (triggers, batch, queueable, scheduled jobs)Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) for rich user experiencesDesign and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Named CredentialsBuild automated processes using Flows, Validation Rules, and Formula FieldsManage deployments using SFDX, VS Code, and CI/CD pipelinesEnforce Salesforce security best practices (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutionsExpected Deliverables: Deliver scalable custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and declarative automationBuild secure and reusable integration components using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform EventsExecute source-controlled deployments through SFDX and CI/CD pipelinesEnsure adherence to Salesforce governor limits, security model, and coding best practicesProvide testing, documentation, and production support for platform enhancementsRequired Skills:5+ years of Salesforce Platform development experienceStrong Apex, LWC, and SOQL/SOSL skillsSolid understanding of governor limits, data security model, and OWDExperience with REST/SOAP API integrations and Salesforce DXRequired Certifications:Platform App BuilderPlatform Developer I (PD1)Platform Developer II (PD2)JavaScript Developer IThis opportunity is available on a corp-to-corp basis or as a W2 position with a competitive benefits package.
