Travel Nurse RN - Psychiatric - $2,774 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Psychiatric for a travel nursing job in Holyoke, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Psychiatric Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/20/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, evenings Employment Type: Travel Experience: Previous psychiatric / substance inpatient experience preferred. CPR certification required. Restraint Reduction de-escalation / crisis intervention experience preferred. Skills: The successful candidate will demonstrate ability to use critical thinking to make decisions and solve problems; have an advanced level knowledge of Behavior Health and Substance Abuse treatment modalities; applies nursing process from a Trauma Informed Recovery model of care; ability to develop a therapeutic relationship while maintaining professional boundaries; effective oral and written communication; sufficient typing and computer skills to facilitate use of Electronic Medical Record; crisis management, time management, delegating, coaching and team building skills; and be flexible, creative and able to manage stressful situations in a calm, organized and professional manner Qualifications: Education: RN license within the State of Massachusetts required; BSN preferred.
