Our client has an opening for an Analytical Compliance Specialist within a new group to support analytical laboratory operations and compliance.Don’t pass on the amazing opportunity to join a market leading pharmaceutical company!!!Job Description:We are seeking an Analytical Scientist to support a variety of laboratory and quality-related activities. This role will play an important part in ensuring smooth laboratory operations, supporting compliance expectations, and coordinating analytical activities across internal and external partners.The ideal candidate will have experience in analytical chemistry and a strong background in quality systems, including GMP. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.Key Responsibilities:Support quality control coordination for drug substance and drug product stability programs including managing studies in LIMSAssist with shipment coordination for samples and materials as neededProvide laboratory instrument service documentation support for: calibration, qualification, maintenance, and repairAssist in managing outsourced analytical testing activities and vendor interactionsPartner with subject matter experts to help coordinate routine and non-routine analytical tasksSupport troubleshooting, tracking, and follow-up of laboratory and quality-related issuesEnsure work is performed in alignment with GMP and applicable quality system requirementsHelp maintain accurate records, reports, and documentationRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s or master’s B.S. or M.S. degree in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related scientific disciplineExperience (3 to 5 years) in pharmaceutical industry and analytical development is desirableExperience working within quality systems, including GMP, is requiredStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsStrong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and compliancePeople are our business worldwide Orion Group was founded in 1987 and is now one of the largest, independent, international recruitment companies.
