This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented scientific professional with experience in analytical chemistry and GMP compliance to join a collaborative and fast-paced team.Location: Lake County, IL (1401 Sheridan Road)Schedule: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite per WeekContract Duration: 1 YearJP34079Position OverviewThe Analytical Compliance Specialist will support a variety of laboratory and quality-related activities to help ensure efficient operations, compliance with GMP requirements, and effective coordination of analytical workflows across internal teams and external partners.The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport quality control coordination activities for drug substance and drug product stability programs, including study management within LIMSCoordinate shipment logistics for laboratory samples and materials as neededSupport laboratory instrument documentation activities including calibration, qualification, maintenance, and repair recordsAssist with outsourced analytical testing coordination and vendor communicationPartner with subject matter experts to coordinate routine and non-routine analytical activitiesSupport troubleshooting, issue tracking, and follow-up related to laboratory and quality operationsEnsure compliance with GMP standards and applicable quality system requirementsMaintain accurate documentation, reports, and laboratory records in accordance with compliance expectationsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related scientific disciplineExperience working within pharmaceutical quality systems and GMP-regulated environmentsExperience supporting analytical development or pharmaceutical laboratory operations preferredStrong organizational, communication, and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross-functionallyHigh attention to detail with strong commitment to data integrity and complianceWhy Join This Opportunity?Work within a highly collaborative pharmaceutical laboratory environmentGain exposure to analytical operations, quality systems, and compliance activitiesOpportunity to support impactful drug substance and drug product programsHybrid work schedule offering flexibility and team collaborationInterested or know someone who may be a fit?
