About the role Permanent headcount, based in Singapore Leading global business consulting firm Candidates must have strategic consulting experience in a reputed company, preferably within consumer goods, FMCG, retail, healthcare, pharma and life sciences sectors Responsibilities Interact with the client’s management team Take charge of the day-to-day execution of the mandated projects and take ownership of the deliverables, preparing the analysis and structuring your presentation to deliver to clients Manage junior team members by giving them guidance or mentorship Play a key role in driving their workstream’s overall answer and final materials, client communication, work planning, and team management Use thought leadership and sound business judgment to drive their own and their workstream’s research and analysis Communicate data, knowledge and insights to the entire team. Deliver audience‑right high‑quality presentations. Understand client needs, generate and screen solutions based on sound reality checks and recommend actionable next steps Profile of ideal candidate Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Minimum 6-10 years of strategic consulting experience in a reputed strategy consulting company with a proven track record Mandatory: Growth Strategy / Go‑To‑Market / Strategy Consulting experience Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving skills Solid functional knowledge such as strategy, business development, marketing and sales, etc. Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization Demonstrated leadership capability in a team environment: take initiatives and resolve problems in an innovative manner, create opportunities for others, and take risks as seen through leadership roles If you are keen to have a preliminary chat, please send me your CV directly to jemelee.triveles@ethosbc.com quoting reference number CL/BH-22855/FB.
