This role will work closely with brand, consumer insights, media/digital marketing, strategic planning and commercial teams to develop innovative activations that build engagement and drive incremental revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Marketing Responsibilities: 50%Manage the day-to-day marketing responsibilities per each assigned accountAssist with GTM prep, monthly pitch decks & NR recaps decksCo-facilitate weekly customer meetings & pitch NR titlesOversee marketing & merchandising asset deliverables across all respected accountsManage the VAM deliverables across digital accountsArtwork creationMetadata & deliverablesCustomer Program Design and Execution: 30%Partner with the title planning lead to design insight-driven programs consistent with the promotional plansBrainstorm customer activation program ideas for TV and CatalogServe as the account expert identifying opportunities to amplify NR features, TV and Catalog on platformPartner with internal stakeholders to provide actionable insights to key accounts to grow their revenue and profitability on SPHE categories through innovative promotion strategiesCustomer Program Measurement: 20%Achieve account program ROI objectives while balancing value creation vs. cost of complexitySupport of account growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and preferred partner statusConduct robust post-mortems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of future programsEducation RequirementsBA/BS degree preferredRequired Experience3 - 5 years overall customer marketing and/or media experience (specific experience working with transactional entertainment such as EST, iVOD, RVOD, or SVOD is a plus)1 year working on programs with a digital social componentMust have a background in digital products and digital customer experienceProven experience in working collaboratively with Sales teams and external customersNice-to-Have ExperienceFull lifecycle promotional marketing experienceRequired SkillsAnalytical problem-solving skills (quantitative and qualitative)Strong planning and project management skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsExperience working cross-functionally across an organizationProficient in Microsoft OfficeProficient in PhotoshopAdditional SkillsExtremely organizedEager to learnTake initiativesPowerPoint skillsWeekly client callsBenefitsMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout GTTGTT is a minority-owned staffing firm and a subsidiary of Chenega Corporation, a Native American-owned company in Alaska.
