Director of Finance

Location: Broward County or Palm Beach County, Florida | HybridThe Las Olas Network, LLC is partnering with a rapidly growing, private equity–backed wealth management platform to hire a Director of Finance. This individual will play a central role in financial planning, performance visibility, and infrastructure buildout as the firm continues to scale across multiple business lines, legal entities, and acquisitions.This is a highly strategic and hands‐on leadership role working closely with the SVP of Finance and executive leadership, with direct exposure to budgeting, forecasting, M&A activity, and financial systems optimization.What You'll Be Doing Lead firm‐wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reportingServe as a strategic finance partner to the executive team and ownershipOversee accounting, cash flow management, and financial controlsDevelop and track KPIs to support growth, profitability, and advisor performanceManage relationships with external partners (CPA firms, auditors, custodians, vendors)Support M&A activity, succession planning, and long‐term capital strategy (as applicable)Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting as the firm scalesWhat We're Looking For 8–12+ years of progressive finance experienceExperience within wealth management or financial services strongly preferredStrong background in FP&A, financial modeling, and strategic analysisProven leadership experience managing teams and cross‐functional initiativesCPA, CFA, or MBA a plusAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands‐on executionWhy This Role Key leadership seat with direct exposure to senior decision‐makersOpportunity to shape financial strategy in a growing, entrepreneurial environmentLong‐term upside as the firm continues to scaleIf interested, apply directly or message me confidentially to learn more.#J-18808-Ljbffr
