Truss Design Manager

Job DescriptionOur client located in Nashville, TN is actively looking for a Truss Design Manager with a background in Wood truss design for floors and roofs.Required:7 plus years of Wood Truss Design experienceProficient with Alpine Truss Design Software or comparable softwarePlus Experience designing Wall panel or Timber TrussesAbility to read and interpret architectural, structural and construction drawingsExcellent math skillsEstimating and quoting experience from take offsExperience managing others / 2-3 remote employees) and 2 in office employees and checking their work.Ability/Experience creating and managing schedules. - criticalAbility to work closely with sales and plant to meet goals and stay on schedule.Able to lead others, assign work, check work, ensure schedules and goals are met.Budgets and ForecastingReview Contracts and purchase ordersSalary Range-$80,000-$120,000 (depending on experience)Must be able to work in Nashville officePlease send resume for immediate consideration: wendyc@selectek.netCall/Text Wendy 678-802-6616Meet Your Recruiter
