This individual will collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Continuous Improvement teams to optimize manufacturing performance.What You'll DoDevelop and maintain manufacturing processes and work instructionsCreate and maintain production travelers with accurate part requirementsSupport tooling and fixture design to ensure manufacturabilityDocument process changes and engineering adjustmentsCollaborate with Design Engineering on new products and process improvementsSupport ERP transactions (SAP or similar ERP system)Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiativesAssist with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and non-conformance investigationsAnalyze manufacturing data to improve productivity, quality, and efficiencyEnsure compliance with ISO 9001, NADCAP, customer, and regulatory requirementsSupport new process development and production launchesMaintain a safe work environment while following company safety policiesQualificationsRequiredBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline (preferred)Experience in manufacturing or process engineeringERP experience (SAP preferred)Strong understanding of:Manufacturing processesLean ManufacturingGD&TBlueprint interpretationStatistical Process Control (SPC)Root Cause AnalysisCorrective Actions (CAPA)Experience designing or supporting tooling and fixturesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP, tables, data analysis)Ability to qualify under ITAR regulationsPreferred ExperienceThermal Spray CoatingsDiffusion Heat Treat ProcessesCAD software experienceISO 9001 and NADCAP manufacturing environmentsAerospace manufacturing experience
