Position: Strategic Project Lead, FinanceType: Full-TimeCompensation: $400K - $550K/yrLocation: RemoteRole Responsibilities:Own and manage projects end to end, ensuring top AI Lab clients are extremely satisfied with deliverables.Oversee complex, finance-specific data pipelines to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.Lead teams of Human Data Managers and subject-matter experts in Finance, reviewing their work for quality and compliance.Communicate directly with top AI Labs regarding massive, high-impact projects to ensure alignment and success.Collaborate with Human Data Engineers to define, track, and optimize key performance indicators across finance-driven workflows.Provide executive-level insights and updates on key projects, data performance, and operational impact to senior leadership.Requirements:Have a strong background in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.Possess at least of experience in a leadership role managing large-scale or finance-heavy data projects.Demonstrate a passion for building from the ground up and executing solutions rapidly in high-stakes environments.Have a strong startup and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment.Exhibit exceptional stakeholder management skills, particularly when engaging with senior finance domain experts.Application Process:Easy Apply on LinkedInCheck email for next stepsParticipate in resume evaluation & interview stage
