Finance Manager
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic business decisions. This role partners closely with leadership and operational teams to improve financial performance, ensure accuracy of financial reporting, and drive process improvements across the organization. Treasury operations experience is a big plus! Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reportsLead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processesMonitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to leadershipPerform variance analysis and explain key drivers impacting business resultsManage month-end close activities and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controlsDevelop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and operational decisionsPartner cross-functionally with operations, accounting, and executive leadership teamsOversee cash flow forecasting and working capital managementImprove financial processes, reporting efficiency, and internal controlsSupport audits, tax filings, and compliance requirementsAssist with KPI development and operational reportingMentor and develop accounting and finance staff as neededQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldCPA, CMA, or MBA preferredTreasury operations experience is a big plus! 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experienceStrong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and GAAPAdvanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial modelingExperience with ERP systems and financial reporting toolsStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred ExperienceExperience in multi-entity or multi-location environmentsBackground in FP&A, operational finance, or corporate accountingExperience working with private equity-backed or high-growth companiesKnowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools
