We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Medford team. The Senior FP&A Analyst plays a key role in driving financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis to support business decision-making. This role partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide insights into financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and help shape the company's financial strategy. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for the following:
Developing and maintaining financial models to support forecasting and strategic planning
Analyzing financial results and identifying trends, risks and opportunities
Preparing weekly reports for the executive leadership team
Collaborating with the executive leadership team to gather data and align financial goals
Supporting budgeting and variance analysis across departments
Presenting financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership team
Enhancing reporting tools and processes for greater efficiency and accuracy
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
Assisting with scenario planning and ad hoc financial analysis projects
Positions Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
58+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related field
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Suite; particularly Excel experience with financial systems (e.g., ERP, planning tools)
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, concise insights
Strong business acumen and understanding of financial statements
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
Experience with Costpoint or Cognos
CFA certified
