Our focus extends to markets such as new mobility, low-carbon construction, and green energy.As a dynamic and growing company with over 24 000 employees worldwide, 75 nationalities, a retention rate above 90% and almost € 5.3 billion in combined revenue in 2023, we are looking for someone like you to join our team as we continue to shape a safer, more efficient, and connected world!Purpose and MissionResponsible for maintaining, monitoring, and improving the manufacturing proces.Key Activities and ResponsibilitiesMonitoring and Adjusting Machine Parameters: Ensuring machines operate within set parameters to maintain product quality.Testing Batch Quality: Regularly testing products to ensure they meet quality standards.Reporting Equipment Malfunctions: Identifying and reporting any machine faults to supervisors.Maintaining Production Logbooks: Keeping detailed records of production processes and any issues encountered.Ensuring Safety Protocols: Making sure all safety guidelines are followed and addressing any safety hazards.Improving Production Processes: Identifying areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costsSkillsBroad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experiencePrevious Experience3 to 5 years experience with operational procedures and toolsQualifications and EducationBachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering is preferred.Be bold and take the leap!We're looking for individuals who are not afraid to take risks and explore new ideas.
