In this position, you'll lead therapy sessions that build functional ability, help patients practice real-life routines, and keep accurate notes so progress is easy to track and adjust.ResponsibilitiesDeliver OT treatment sessions according to established care plansLead functional activities to improve ADLs, cognition, and upper extremity useProvide cues, corrections, and modifications to ensure safe participationDocument objective measures and patient outcomes after each visitCoordinate with supervising OT for updates, changes, and goal progressionSupport patient education on carryover strategies and home routines
