Overview:The Manager Facilities and Plant Operations is responsible for the day-to-day Plant Operations and Facility maintenance at UF Health Durbin Park Hospital.Responsibilities:Include:Repairing, maintaining, and operating systems and equipmentLeading the supervision of Plant OperationsIdentifying and initiating directivesSupervise, coordinate, and schedule contracted servicesMaintenance and monitoring of building automation system.Qualifications:Education: Associate's degree required, or four or more years in a maintenance supervisor role.Experience: At least 3 years of facilities supervisor experience required.Certification: Certified Hospital Facility Manager (CHFM) preferred.
