The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of OPW is a key strategic and operational leader, serving as a trusted partner to the President and the OPW leadership team. This role is responsible for shaping and executing OPWs financial and business strategies to drive profitable growth, margin expansion, and longterm value creation across a global platform. The CFO plays a critical role in capital allocation, performance management, and portfolio evolution, including organic investment and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, the CFO leads OPWs finance organization and oversees Compliance and Ethics, ensuring strong financial controls, regulatory compliance, and alignment with Dover enterprise standards. The role interfaces closely with Dover Clean Energy & Fueling segment leadership and Dover Corporate, providing enterprise connectivity, insight, and governance.
What youll be responsible for in this role
Strategic Leadership & Value Creation
Partner with the OPW President and leadership team to develop and execute business and financial strategies that drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
Act as a thought leader and strategic advisor, contributing meaningfully to enterpriselevel and OpCo decision making.
Evaluate and advise on longrange planning, new programs, strategic initiatives, and regulatory developments impacting the business.
Lead OpColevel execution of OPW strategic initiatives and Dover enterprisewide programs.
Financial Performance & Capital Management
Drive bestinclass financial performance management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics, to improve revenue growth, margins, and cash flow.
Interpret financial and operational performance across businesses and regions, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities and initiating corrective actions as needed.
Provide leadership and oversight of treasury, cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and working capital optimization.
Lead financial evaluation, due diligence, and valuation for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions in close collaboration with Dover Corporate and OPW teams.
Support integration planning and postacquisition value realization to ensure strategic and financial objectives are achieved.
Controls, Compliance & Risk Management
Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and control environments, ensuring compliance with Dover policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Maintain strong internal controls, including SarbanesOxley compliance, and serve as a key interface with external auditors.
Lead Compliance and Ethics for OPW, promoting a strong culture of integrity and accountability.
Lead, develop, and mentor a highperforming global finance organization, fostering strong talent development, succession planning, and inclusive leadership.
Build and maintain effective relationships with OPW, segment, and Dover enterprise stakeholders.
Ensure financial systems, processes, and data capabilities evolve to support business objectives and strategic initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles; prior CFO or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
Proven success in a complex, global manufacturing or industrial environment.
Demonstrated experience with mergers and acquisitions, including transaction evaluation and integration.
Strong accounting foundation with deep knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and audit processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree and/or CPA.
International experience and demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization.
Experience leading finance, IT, and compliance functions in a manufacturing or engineered products environment.
Strong business acumen in pricing, cost management, margin expansion, and operational decision support.
Experience with trade compliance and export controls (e.g., DDTC) is a plus.
Comfort working in commercial areas including contracts, pricing, bids, and quoting.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%, including international travel.

Work Arrangement : Hybrid
Pay Range: $275,000.00 - $315,000.00 annually
Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
Other Compensation: This position is eligible to earn other compensation in the form of LTIP, as governed by applicable plan documents and policies.
