Senior Compensation Data AnalystPay Rate: $60 - $73 per hourEmployment Type: Temporary (through end of year) Position SummaryThe Senior Compensation Data Analyst is responsible for delivering data-driven insights to support the design and administration of competitive and equitable compensation programs. This role partners closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to analyze market data, develop pay structures, and provide actionable recommendations aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with the ability to translate complex data into strategic compensation decisions. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and maintenance of salary structures, incentive plans, and compensation guidelinesAnalyze complex compensation data to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesProvide recommendations for compensation decisions including offers, promotions, and adjustmentsConduct market benchmarking, participate in compensation surveys, and interpret external dataCreate and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or TableauEnsure accuracy and integrity of compensation data across systems and support data governance effortsPartner with HR systems (e.g., Workday) to support reporting and analytics needsAssist with global compensation initiatives, ensuring alignment with regional practices and regulationsSupport job architecture, including job descriptions and leveling structures QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field5+ years of experience in compensation, data analytics, or a related disciplineStrong experience working with large datasets and compensation modelingAdvanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as WorkdayExperience with compensation surveys and market benchmarking methodologiesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and translate data into actionable business insights All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
