We help business owners, entrepreneurs, and marketing teams master paid ads and scale profitably. We host three major events each year (Launch Your Ads Live in Atlanta, More Than Ads domestically, and Hall of Fame internationally), and we need someone who can own every detail from strategy to on-site execution.The RoleThis is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for planning, executing, and managing all domestic and international client and team events. You'll own the full event lifecycle: high-level strategy and budget management, on-site logistics, vendor relationships, gifting programs, and attendee communications. The goal is seamless event delivery and exceptional client experiences at every touchpoint.What You'll OwnEvent Leadership & Strategy. Lead planning and full execution for all multi-day domestic and international events, including retreats, workshops, masterminds, and internal team gatherings. Collaborate with the Brand & Creative Director on event vision, branding, and customized gifting experiences. Own venue selection and negotiation, experience design, run of show, and event swag approvals.On-Site Execution. Serve as lead on-site for all events. Manage guest logistics including catering, accommodations, transportation, A/V, and printed materials. Coordinate registration, welcome packets, gifting boxes, and on-site materials. Troubleshoot in real time and ensure client satisfaction throughout.Communication & Collaboration. Own all attendee event communication content, partnering with the Client Success Team on formatting, scheduling, and distribution. Serve as primary point of contact for all event-related vendor and internal communications. Provide weekly updates to leadership on events and culture initiatives.Budget & Vendor Oversight. Plan event budgets alongside the Accounting Manager, including multi-currency considerations. Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships domestically and internationally. Review contracts, collect proposals and quotes, and manage expense submissions and invoice reconciliation.Client Gifting & Shipping. Manage all gifting programs end-to-end in partnership with the Brand & Creative Director: new client gifts, VIP day gifts, workbooks, event materials, challenge gifts, company merch, and team gifts.
