Project Superintendent – Multifamily (Podium)Location: Salt Lake City, UT (Downtown)Project: 125-Unit Ground-Up Podium MultifamilyCompany: General ContractorOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead field operations on a 125-unit, ground-up podium multifamily project in downtown Denver. This role will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all on-site construction operations from mobilization through project completionManage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staffDevelop, maintain, and enforce the project schedule (look-aheads, sequencing, logistics)Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA standardsOversee quality control and ensure work meets plans, specs, and local codesCoordinate with Project Manager, ownership, and design teamConduct and lead daily/weekly site meetingsManage inspections, permits, and city coordination (City of Denver)Identify and resolve field issues proactively to maintain schedule and budgetMaintain accurate daily reports, logs, and documentationProject Scope Experience (Required)Ground-up multifamily constructionPodium (Type III over Type I) construction strongly preferredExperience with:Structured parking / podium decksWood-frame over concreteUrban / tight-site logisticsQualifications5–10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or multifamily constructionProven experience delivering multifamily projects (100+ units)Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logisticsAbility to read and interpret plans, specs, and shop drawingsExperience working in downtown / urban environments preferredProficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or similar toolsStrong leadership and communication skillsCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 (DOE)Bonus: Project-based performance bonusBenefits: Full health, dental, vision + 401(k)
