If you're passionate about security technology, we want to hear from you!Open Positions:🔧 Entry Technician🔧 Mid-Level Technician🔧 Lead TechnicianKey Responsibilities for All Levels:✅ Attend training/education courses (e.g., cabling systems/security, OSHA, CPR).✅ Submit reports to the corporate office as needed.✅ Maintain professionalism with coworkers and clients.✅ Use company vehicle for project support.Position-Specific Responsibilities:🔹 Entry-Level Technician: • Mount/terminate hardware & install low voltage cabling.• Obtain industry certifications.🔹 Mid-Level Technician:• Install/program security systems (CCTV, access control).• Assist in leading teams of 2-4 installers.🔹 Lead Technician:• Oversee larger teams and manage complex projects.• Liaise between teams and corporate.Requirements:💡 Entry-Level: Basic knowledge of security systems and tools.💡 Mid-Level: 2-5 years of security system installation experience.💡 Lead-Level: 5+ years of experience and team/project management skills.Benefits:💼 Competitive salary, health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and growth opportunities!📧 How to Apply: Send your resume and cover letter to hr@marathontechinc.net.
