This is a strong opportunity for a professional with experience in MSP, VMS, contingent workforce management, staffing operations, supplier partnerships, and client support who wants to play a central role in program delivery.In this role, you will manage the full requisition lifecycle from intake through onboarding and offboarding, while serving as a key partner to hiring managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. You will help ensure a seamless experience across the program by driving compliance, reporting, supplier performance, workforce operations, and service excellence.If you are detail-oriented, highly organized, and confident in a client-facing role, this position offers the chance to make a direct impact in a visible and growing workforce solutions program.What You Will OwnAs Program Specialist, you will help drive success across all areas of the contingent labor program, including:Managing the full requisition lifecycle from job intake through onboarding, assignment support, and offboardingServing as a primary point of contact for hiring managers and suppliers, ensuring strong communication, responsiveness, and issue resolutionSupporting day-to-day MSP program operations with a focus on speed, accuracy, compliance, and customer serviceMonitoring supplier performance, program standards, and service expectations across the vendor networkHelping mitigate co-employment risk and ensuring all onboarding and offboarding activity aligns with client and regulatory requirementsTracking and analyzing program metrics such as requisition aging, onboarding timelines, vendor compliance, ticket resolution, and service levelsReviewing VMS and Power BI dashboards to identify reporting trends, data issues, spend fluctuations, and supplier performance gapsPreparing weekly and monthly client reporting and communicating meaningful insights to internal and external stakeholdersSupporting supplier engagement through scorecard reviews, strategic calls, and quarterly business discussionsCoordinating a strong onboarding experience, including background checks, compliance documentation, system access, and Day 1 readinessOverseeing offboarding tasks such as badge return, system deactivation, and termination documentationLeading regular client touchpoints and contributing to continuous improvement, workforce strategy, and program growthWhat You BringWe are looking for a professional who combines MSP operations experience, strong communication skills, and a high standard of execution.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field3 to 5 years of experience in high-volume workforce management, contingent labor, MSP operations, or vendor managementAt least 1 year of experience in a staffing agency environmentExperience working within MSP and VMS accountsStrong background in recruiting operations, requisition management, pipeline coordination, and workforce process executionAdvanced organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environmentStrong reporting and data analysis skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and VMS reporting toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished client-facing presenceStrong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindsetPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting craft, construction, or light industrial workforce programsWhy Join nextSourceAt nextSource, we partner with clients to deliver workforce solutions built on service, accountability, and operational excellence.
