A company is looking for a Senior Budget Analyst to provide financial management and cost analysis expertise. Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate current budgetary models and analyze operational cost drivers Develop financial models and conduct cost allocation activities for staffing and operational growth Collaborate with stakeholders to align staffing recommendations with financial realities and operational efficiencyRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Economics, or related field 8-10 years of experience in federal financial management, healthcare budgeting, and cost analysis Experience with budget formulation, staffing cost modeling, and financial forecasting Knowledge of cost allocation methodologies and operational financial analysis Preferred certifications include CGFM, CDFM, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma
