As a Manager, Content & Lifecyle Talent Marketing, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the Recruitment Marketing team, you will report to the Senior Manager, Recruitment Marketing & Employer Brand. You will support projects, including building structured engagement strategies. These strategies connect employer brand storytelling, national partnerships, and career content to measurable pipeline outcomes. You will transform engagement from episodic activation to scalable, content-led architecture, strengthening consideration, improving conversion quality, and positioning Hilton as the global employer of choice.What you'll do during a typical day:Define and maintain important talent personas (Early Talent, Veterans, job categories, locations) and ensure messaging aligns to each audienceBuild email nurture campaigns that guide candidates from event participation or interest to active job considerationDevelop and refine multi-format content (email, landing pages, long-form content, webinar scripts, partnership toolkits) aligned to persona journeysPlan and manage the content calendar for webinars, partner events, and talent community communications, including promotion and follow-upBe the primary owner of recruitment marketing activation for national and local recruitment partnerships, including event promotion, post-event follow-up emails, and performance trackingReview and improve job category pages, career path content, and FAQs to improve discoverability in AI-powered search toolsReport on engagement performance (email open rates, webinar attendance, event-to-apply conversion, segment-based application lift) and recommend optimizationsHow you'll collaborate with others:Partner with Recruiting leaders to align engagement prioritiesCollaborate with recruitment marketing leads to ensure content supports measurable pipeline outcomesWork with Employer Brand and Content team members to align storytelling to persona strategyPresent engagement insights and performance impact to HR and partnersProjects you'll take ownership of:Build and manage a clear persona framework across priority talent segmentsDevelop and oversee structured candidate nurture plans from first touch through applicationLead content execution for webinars, events, and engagement campaignsManage engagement strategy and activation for national partnershipsImprove recruitment content for AI-driven and emerging search platformsCreate reporting that tracks how engagement efforts increase applications by segmentWhat It Takes to Make the StayYou have these minimum qualifications:Six (6)+ years of experience in content marketing, lifecycle marketing, or audience engagement strategyDemonstrated experience building segmented, persona-driven content strategies across email, web, and event channelsExperience designing and building lifecycle/nurture programs that move audiences from awareness to conversion/applicationExperience using performance data (open rates, click-through-rates, engagement, and conversion metrics) to improve content strategyPartnership experience, working across marketing, HR, Recruiting, or business teams to align messaging with prioritiesIt would be useful if you have:Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related fieldExperience applying content and lifecycle strategies within talent acquisition, employer brand, or recruitment marketing environmentsExperience working with CRM, email marketing, or marketing automation platformsFamiliarity with SEO best practices and AI/LLM content optimizationExperience building structured content hubs or persona-based landing page pathwaysExperience translating audience engagement into measurable pipeline or conversion outcomesExperience presenting strategy and performance insights to senior partnersHow We'll Help You ThriveAt Hilton, the hospitality we're known for doesn't end with our guests.
