This is an onsite position based in McLean, VA.JOB DESCRIPTION:We are seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to support our marketing efforts across website design and development, social media management, and content creation.The ideal candidate is at a Junior or Senior level with experience in website design and development, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), graphic design, and print marketing. This role requires a combination of creative and technical skills to help maintain and grow the company’s digital presence.This is a hands-on role focused on execution, content support, and maintaining brand consistency across digital and print channels, with the opportunity to grow based on performance.WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FORWebsite Design & Development· Assist in website design, updates, and basic development· Ensure websites are user-friendly and visually consistentSocial Media Management· Manage and support social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)· Help grow followers, engagement, and overall visibility· Assist in planning and posting contentContent & Graphic Design· Create graphics for social media and marketing use· Maintain consistent branding across all digital assets· Support content creation (images, basic videos, layouts)Print Marketing Support· Assist in designing print materials (flyers, brochures, etc.)· Ensure alignment with brand visuals and messagingBasic Marketing Support· Assist in executing marketing campaigns· Help track basic performance metrics· Support day-to-day marketing tasks as neededWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE· Consistent and quality content across platforms· Improved social media engagement and visibility· Well-designed website and marketing materials· Strong support in overall marketing executionENGAGEMENT DETAILS· Pilot-based engagement (timeline based on performance)· Short onboarding period· Regular performance reviews· Opportunity for ongoing work and expansion to other servicesWork Location: In person
