This role will be instrumental in shaping the visual language of the men's business across graphics, prints, and seasonal storytelling bringing depth, originality, and cultural relevance to the product.This is a highly creative role that requires both conceptual thinking and executional precision , with a strong understanding of how graphics and prints live across a modern, elevated wardrobe. Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Development Concept and design original graphics and print across all apparel and accessories categoriesTranslate seasonal themes and brand direction into distinct, ownable visual storiesDevelop vintage-inspired, art-driven, and typography-led graphics aligned with the rag & bone aestheticPartner closely with the Head of Men's Design to evolve the graphic identity of the brandExecution & Product Integration Create production-ready artwork, including repeat prints, placements, and color separationsEnsure all graphics are developed with a strong understanding of fabric, wash, and garment constructionCollaborate with technical design and production teams to maintain quality and integrity from concept to final productResearch & Inspiration Conduct ongoing research into vintage references, art, music, culture, and archival materialsBring forward fresh ideas that feel authentic, not trend-drivenContribute to seasonal concept boards and creative presentationsCross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with merchandising, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment and commercial relevanceSupport storytelling needs across campaign, e-commerce, and retail moments where applicableQualifications 3–5+ years of experience in men's graphic or print design , preferably within the menswear spaceStrong portfolio demonstrating taste, originality, and range across graphics and printsDeep understanding of typography, layout, and print techniquesProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Experience working with overseas factories and production processes is a plusStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentWhat We're Looking For A designer with a point of view —not just executionSomeone who understands restraint, nuance, and modern masculinityAbility to balance creative expression with commercial viabilityPassion for product, craft, and storytellingA collaborative mindset with the confidence to push ideas forwardWhy Join Us Be part of a team shaping the future of men's design at rag & boneWork in a highly creative, entrepreneurial environmentOpportunity to make a visible impact on a growing businessRules we live by | Rules you live by Be a Good Human - Be original, be authentic.
