Human Resources Manager

Position SummaryTrinity Industrial is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions, including employee relations, benefits, payroll administration, onboarding, offboarding, and policy enforcement. This role will support leadership while ensuring a positive, compliant, and efficient workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day HR operations and serve as a resource for employees and leadershipHandle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actionsOversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experienceAdminister employee benefits and manage open enrollmentCoordinate and oversee payroll processing for accuracy and complianceDevelop, implement, and enforce company policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulationsSupport performance management and employee development initiativesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of HR experience, including employee relationsStrong knowledge of payroll, benefits, and employment lawsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentialityPreferred QualificationsHR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR)Experience with HRIS and payroll systemsWhat We OfferCompetitive medical and dental benefit plansVision, life insurance, disability, and more401(k) with company matchingPaid time off
