Aeva 4D LiDAR sensors uniquely detect instant velocity in addition to 3D position, allowing autonomous devices like vehicles and robots to make more intelligent and safe decisions.Role SummaryWe are looking for a Software Engineering Program Manager who has experience leading complex, technical development efforts across SW and Test to deliver high-quality products on time. Candidates will need to have a strong understanding of software development, test automation and release processes with an ability to coordinate SW release and delivery of multiple products to ensure company milestones stay on schedule.What you’ll be doingWork with cross‑functional project teams to drive software development, test, and release activitiesManage Test execution for Software, Systems and ManufacturingCoordinate test deliverables for Automotive complianceIdentify and prioritize project tasks and risksDrive closure on technical issues and development roadblocks to ensure projects meet top level requirements and are delivered on timeEffectively communicate program risks/status regularly to key stakeholdersWhat you haveExperience coordinating QA, Test automation, V&V / KPI testing and System CharacterizationExperience with defining scope and prioritizing work to meet release schedulesExperience with SW project management tools such as JAMA, JIRA, Spreadsheets, Smartsheets and ConfluenceExperience in Agile project management principlesStrong facilitation skills to lead efficient technical design requirements, status, and review meetingsExcellent communication and presentation skillsExperience shipping complex projects within an aggressive timelineKnowledge of automotive processes and standards ASPICE, FuSa, Cybersecurity (preferred)Experience with scripting / automation (preferred, but not required)What’s in it for youBe part of a fast paced and dynamic teamVery competitive compensation and meaningful stock grantsExceptional benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and moreUnlimited PTO: We care about results, not punching timecardsSalary pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job‑related skills, experience, certifications, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges are subject to change in the future.
